This is my snack box. It allows me to eat lunch around noon and dinner at 7-8.
It usually includes some variation of:
- fruit (fresh or dried)
- nuts (or nut butter)
- cheese
- jerky (Market of Choice has a great selection of all-natural varieties)
- vegetables (carrots are my favorite for traveling)
- crackers
- tea
I have to be sure to include a balance of carbs and protein, with minimal processed sugars. They put me to sleep. I like these foods because they are easy to prep, easy to transport (they don’t leak), and survive hours outside of a refrigerator.
